baratoplata
A "baratoplata" is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu technique that uses a figure-grou grip of your arm through the opponent's arm onto your leg to then lock their shoulder by internally rotating it with a turn of your body. It is named after Rafael "Barata" Freitas, with the suffix "-plata" just being an informal BJJ slang for a lock or submission, riffing off of the word "omoplata" which has come to name another BJJ technique.
