Biceps slicer

Biceps slicer

A biceps slicer is a technique where bones such as the forearm or shin are forced against the opponent's biceps while flexing the joint. This submission is usually painful and if one is not careful can lead to a biceps rupture. It can be very easily achieved by first getting a Kimura grip and then pulling the opponent's wrist towards you, forcing your forearm against their biceps.
