Triangle choke
The triangle choke in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, known as "sankaku-jime" in Judo which also means triangle choke, is a form of head and arm choke where the opponent's head and arm are trapped within a figure-four lock of your own legs. One of the opponent's carotid arteries is pressured by your own thigh, while their own arm pressures their other carotid artery due to the figure-four lock of your legs, thus creating a "blood choke" where blood flow is restricted to the brain.
