We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before completing your order.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original conditionItems must include original tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:Clearance or sale items Gift cards,Digital products or downloadable content,Custom or personalized merchandise,Opened hygiene items (mouthguards, supplements, etc.)

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for:Incorrect size,Defective or damaged items. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@jiujitsuusa.com. Include:Your order number A description of the issue Clear photos of the item We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error Shipping fees are non-refundable We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery,Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution

In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in person at Jiu-Jitsu USA® must be returned at the facility and follow the same policy guidelines listed above.
